Dr. Marcel Lee (B.D.S., B.Med.Sc)
Dr. Marcel Lee graduated from the University of Adelaide, but has lived in Sydney’s North Shore since 1992. He attended St. Ignatius’ College, Riverview, after which he graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney. Following this degree Dr Lee studied interstate in Adelaide where he obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree.
He believes that a dental practice requires creativity, good manual dexterity and effective communication skills. Dr. Lee remains committed to providing a quality outcome for his patients by always remaining friendly, approachable and warm-hearted. He has proven to be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people, being fluent in both English and Korean.
Dr. Lee thoroughly enjoys all aspects of dentistry with special interests in reconstructive crown and bridgework, endodontics (root canal treatments), cosmetic dentistry and implants, to mention just a few. He has created a very friendly team environment to take care of his patients and is constantly in demand by patients who have been referred by other happy clients.
Dr. Jae-man Hong (B.D.S., Hons.B.Sc.Dent)
Dr. Jae-man Hong is one of the principal dentists at SmileCare Family Dentists in Chatswood. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Adelaide he returned to work in Sydney. Dr. Hong later returned to Adelaide to undertake an Honours Degree in a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry whilst working in both the public and private dental sectors.
Utilising the latest conservative techniques with the best materials available, Dr. Hong continues to provide the highest standards of dental care for all patients. Being a strong advocate of on-going learning, Dr. Hong frequently attends educational courses and programs. His attendance at these seminars allows him to provide his patients with the most effective and current treatments available using the latest technology.
Through his genuine caring nature, you will find he is one of the gentlest dental surgeons in Sydney, always putting his patient’s comfort above all else. Your appointments with Dr. Hong are carried out in an unhurried manner with the treatments always being discussed with you in great depth. With his goal of providing everyone with a great smile, Dr. Hong has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and is able alter your smile to suit your individual requirements and desires.
